  3. You can collect Character Reference letters from your friends and colleagues, or we can provide you a template to send to your friends and colleagues that uses the appropriate language necessary to give your Character Reference letter weight with your licensing board.

  5. You can prepare a statement to add to your packet yourself, or we will interview you and draft a statement for you to review that covers important points and shows appropriate remorse.
  6. You can draft a narrative about your underlying criminal matter or the action alleged against you, or we will interview you to craft a narrative that tells a compelling story without sharing too many details.
  7. Once a settlement offer arrives, you can review the settlement offer yourself, or we will review the offer and assist you in understanding what each term means and how it will affect you and your career.
  8. You can accept the offer as it is, or we can renegotiate the terms and conditions with the licensing agency, such as the number of years you are on probation, the fine, the classes required, or other consequences.
  9. You can execute the settlement yourself, or we will assist you in all steps regarding the execution of the settlement.
  10. If you decide against the settlement, you can go to a hearing against an attorney for the licensing agency and an administrative law judge yourself, or we will prepare you and your witnesses for the hearing and represent you in the best possible light.
